Good value for money paid..
This was my second visit to the same hotel. I got a very low rate at around USD 27 per day with breakfast. Had to extend my stay time to time for several days and staff helped me a lot for my extension. Specially Ms.Nura at reception helped a lot to keep me at same rate and in the same room. It was easy to deal with her as she speaks reasonably good English and well understand what I say. Generally all the staff is very kind and eager to help. As usual the hotel giving reasonable breakfast and there is one 24Hrs restaurant at walking distance to the hotel. Really a good value for the money paid.
Too small bathroom & lack of shower cubicle spills water everywhere in the bathroom. Other than that all just nice..

Nice staff
Staffs are very friendly and extremely helpful, although not all of them can speak English
Old facilities, a bit run-down, smoking smells in lifts and hallway. Location is not the most convenient. Breakfast is modest.

Rooms are clean enough for the money we paid.
Rooms are clean enough for the money we paid. Reasonably good breakfast. Specially they allowed early checkin without even saying a single word. Friendly staff always willing to listen to what we need. Closer to some shopping mall and also to some pagoda. Got two Spa's in the hotel itself. Simply I would say its just a good value for money paid.
I won't say below as negative points but consider below as points the hotel can improve. 1. They should have another means of communicating with staff than ringing staff quarters telephone so loudly all the time even midnight. 2. Front staff might need a bit of training for using credit cards as I had to use their machine and make the payment by myself. 3. It would be nice to have a door for shower cubicle as its open and sprays water everywhere in the washroom.
